What do I get for my $295.00 Flat Fee?

•  Your Property will be placed in Your Local Realtors MLS®, Realtor.com® and Thousands of Real Estate sites and Search engines.

•  Your Property will be EXPOSED to Millions of Buyers (Local, National, and International).

Are there any additional Fees or Charges?

•  None for the Listing Package.

•  If you desire: Signs, Lock Boxes and placement of a Virtual Tour are available for an additional fee.

If I List my Property and a Realtor® Shows and Sells it do I pay a commission?

•  Yes, you only pay the Selling side of the commission. You SAVE Thousands of Dollars by Earning the Listing commission yourself.

•  You set the terms and conditions of the Selling Broker's commission.

If I List my property for Sale with Trust Real Estate can I List my Property for Sale with a Local Realtor?

•  Yes, but please advise your Agent of the terms and conditions you want them to abide by. You are in Control; You set the standards for the Sale of Your Property.

• If You Sell Your own Property You will not be responsible to pay a Real Estate commission (Joint Listing).

• You will Pay a commission if the house is sold, you just want the additional exposure to Millions of Internet Buyers via the Internet and Realtor.com®.

Do You want the inquiries to go to You or Your Agent?

• Your option, You Control Your Listing.

If my Property is Listed by Trust Real Estate and another Realtor® what are my liabilities?

•  Your Limited Liability Listing Agreement with Trust Real Estate, Inc. is a One Time Flat Fee Listing. Your Liability ends there as Your Fee is the total Commission due and earned by Trust Real Estate, Inc.

• Any agreements made with outside parties (Brokers/Agents) are Your responsibility and You should seek legal counsel if You have any questions or concerns.
